Therapy or Life Coaching
Therapy and Life Coaching are like twin sisters- they look a lot alike, but they have completely difference personalities. I could create a big, long explanation, but what’s the point? You’re a busy mom and you haven’t got all day to read. So long story short:
Therapy addresses the why of how you are feeling, going as far back in your life as you want, and going as deep emotionally as you would like. Therapy is for deep emotional healing.
Life Coaching addresses the what of how you are feeling, stays in the present, and provides solutions to problems, and a plan to help you meet your specific goals. Life Coaching is for getting things done.
Now, therapy can include elements of life coaching in it for sure, but life coaching cannot incorporate elements of therapy.
Still not sure which service is right for you? That’s why I provide free 20 minute online and over the phone consultations. You can book yours now by calling 918-928-5772 or filling out the form below for a call back from me.
